Service description
Test2Sheet Enterprise ("the Service") is a secure blood-test ingestion, review, and export platform operated by Young Software Solutions GmbH ("we," "us"), a company incorporated in Switzerland. The Service allows organizations to upload blood-test PDF reports, extract and review biomarker data, and export structured results into downstream systems.
The Service is designed for organizational staff only. It is not a patient portal, a consumer health product, or a general electronic medical records system.
Account and organization responsibilities
Organizations that create a workspace on Test2Sheet Enterprise are responsible for how it is used. Specifically, you must:
- Ensure all staff accounts are issued to real, individually identified people. Shared accounts are not permitted.
- Maintain appropriate access controls and promptly revoke access when a staff member no longer requires it.
- Enable multi-factor authentication for privileged roles (owner, admin, reviewer) before using the Service with live patient data.
- Ensure staff members understand how to use the Service lawfully and in accordance with applicable healthcare and privacy regulations in your jurisdiction.
- Keep account credentials, API keys, and organization secrets secure and not share them with unauthorized parties.
Acceptable use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes consistent with its function as a staff-facing health data ingestion and review tool. You must not:
- Upload patient data unless your organization has appropriate authority, consent, or a lawful basis to do so under applicable privacy and health laws.
- Attempt to access another organization's data or circumvent any access control or row-level security boundary.
- Use the Service to store, transmit, or process data unrelated to health report ingestion and review.
- Introduce malicious code, conduct automated scraping, or place unreasonable load on the platform.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to parties outside your organization without prior written agreement.
Health data and compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your organization has a lawful basis to upload and process any patient data through the Service, and for compliance with applicable health privacy laws in your jurisdiction, including HIPAA (US), the GDPR (EU/EEA), the Australian Privacy Act 1988, or equivalent regimes.
Test2Sheet Enterprise is not a HIPAA-covered entity by default. If your use case may require a Business Associate Agreement or a Data Processing Agreement, contact us at support@test2sheet.com before uploading patient data. We will not knowingly accept patient data from customers that have not completed appropriate data processing arrangements where required.
Biomarker extraction results produced by AI models are intended for review by qualified staff before clinical or operational use. They must not be relied upon without human oversight. We make no representation that extracted results are medically accurate or complete.

You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to deliver the Service and in accordance with our privacy policy.
Warranties and disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that AI extraction will be perfectly accurate, that the Service will be available without interruption, or that results will be suitable for any specific clinical purpose.
Test2Sheet Enterprise is a productivity and data-structuring tool. It does not provide medical advice, clinical diagnoses, or treatment recommendations.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Young Software Solutions GmbH will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any reliance on extracted or exported biomarker data without appropriate staff review and approval.
Our total liability to your organization for any claim arising under these terms will not exceed the fees paid by your organization to us in the three months preceding the claim.
Term and termination
These terms apply for as long as your organization uses the Service. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, with notice where practically possible. You may terminate your use at any time by contacting us at support@test2sheet.com.
